Updated Information for the Vancouver Linear Collider Workshop

Extra Meal tickets for companions and other guests. You will be able to buy extra meal tickets at the registration desk for the following:

• Reception ticket @ $25 per person
• Banquet ticket @ $75 per person
• Breakfast voucher for Saturday and Sunday (July 22-23) @$10 per breakfast
• Luncheon voucher for Saturday (July 22) @ $15 per person

OR

• 1 total package, including reception, banquet, breakfasts on July 22-23 only, and luncheon on Saturday, July 22 @$150 per person. This one package also includes daily coffee breaks.

ILC Communications Workshop (July 18 at 2:00pm)

The North American ILC Communications group is hosting a workshop on the afternoon of July 18 -- the day before the Vancouver Linear Collider Workshop starts. Our goal is to identify target audiences and discuss strategies for reaching these audiences. More details on the session can already be found on the INDICO server. We thank those of you who expressed your interest (intention) in attending this pre-meeting session when you registered for the main workshop. For organisational purposes, and because we plan to send some pre-workshop materials, and encourage anyone who is planning to attend and didn't indicate this intention when registering (or have forgotten if they did) to send e-mail to trischuk@fnal.gov. We look forward to having many of you participate in what we hope will be a productive afternoon on the 18th.

A few tables will be available in the area of the coffee breaks (Party Room) and allocated on a first come first serve basis. A sponsorship fee will be charged for this service.
